Where we live.
We are so fortunate to live where we do. We are on a beautiful lake, only a few miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway. Our lake was created by AEP, is 40 miles long and has over 500 miles of shoreline. Here are some photos of our beautiful surroundings.

But the prettiest sights are right at home - looking down Summer House Drive towards Lynville Drive.
And when it snows, who really cares? We don't have to be anywhere!
I never realized that deer tracks are shaped like hearts. These may have come from the little guy's mom as she has a lame leg. He is standing in some of my Day Lilies- having already eaten the flowers. Is he waiting for seconds?
